About Cleaneatingmethod
We are dedicated to making sustainable, healthy cooking accessible to everyone in Germany through practical education and a community-driven approach to food preparation.
Our Story
Cleaneatingmethod was born from a simple observation: many people want to cook healthier, more sustainable meals at home, but lack the practical knowledge and confidence to do so. Our founders noticed a gap between theoretical nutrition information and real-world kitchen skills that actually stick with people long-term.
What started as informal cooking gatherings in Leipzig has evolved into a comprehensive platform dedicated to teaching sustainable cooking techniques. We focus on hands-on, interactive learning experiences that transform how people approach food preparation in their everyday lives.
Today, we work with students across Germany who share a commitment to preparing fresh, wholesome meals while respecting both personal health and environmental responsibility. Our mission remains unchanged: empower home cooks with practical skills they can use immediately.
Our Mission
To inspire and equip home cooks throughout Germany with practical, evidence-based techniques for preparing sustainable, nourishing meals that support both personal wellbeing and environmental stewardship. We believe that cooking education should be accessible, enjoyable, and immediately applicable to real life.

Making Sustainable Cooking Real
Over the years, we've worked with hundreds of people across Germany who wanted to improve their cooking practices. Our focus has always been on real, measurable change in how people approach food preparation at home.
Our students consistently report that the skills they learn transform not just what they cook, but how they think about food. They develop confidence in the kitchen, reduce food waste in their homes, and discover that preparing nourishing meals can be straightforward and genuinely enjoyable.
We measure our success by the lasting changes in our students' daily cooking habits, not by inflated promises or temporary enthusiasm. Our commitment is to practical education that sticks with people long after the class ends.

"I took Sofia's sustainable cooking class thinking I'd learn a few new recipes. What I actually got was a completely different way of approaching food. I now understand why techniques matter, how to reduce waste, and most importantly, I actually enjoy spending time in the kitchen. This has genuinely changed how I eat and cook every single day."
